Comic Book mini-Series

The Russian Defection comic book miniseries is independently produced by writer Joseph Parrish and artist Slavo from Slavoart.com.

STORY BY JOSEPH PARRISH

Joseph is an entrepreneur who started and operated several businesses before working for a talent agency in San Francisco as an actor; there he realized he could create better stories and characters than the productions he worked for. He was also trained in Remote Viewing (an intelligence gathering tool used by the C.I.A. during the Cold War) by a retired C.I.A. officer, with whom Joseph worked as an intel gatherer for consulting and private investigations. Learning events of the Cold War not commonly known, he set out to write his own action, spy story RUSSIAN DEFECTION. Joseph is a self-taught writer with dyslexia and is an action spy thriller buff with a keen interest in history. He lives in northern California and when he’s not writing, he likes to play airsoft with his kids.
